Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless customer experiences across various channels, including email, telegram, and onsite notifications. You will be working closely with a Senior CRM Manager to execute retention and engagement strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Email Creation & Campaign Execution: Assist in crafting compelling email marketing templates, ensuring alignment with brand identity and effective targeting of player segments.
  • Campaign Deployment: Set up, test, and deploy email and onsite notification campaigns using CRM platforms, guaranteeing timely delivery and consistency with promotional schedules.
  • Campaign Calendar Management: Collaborate with the team to manage the CRM campaign calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is consistent with overall business objectives.
  • Database Segmentation: Assist in segmenting the player database to target specific groups with relevant offers and messaging based on behavior and player lifecycle stages.
  • Campaign Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for future campaign improvements.
Requirements:
  • CRM Coordination experience in a gaming environment, ideally online casino.
  • Experience using FastTrack as a CRM tool.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
