Job Summary

This role involves overseeing retail expansion in Portugal, strengthening key relationships, and ensuring seamless operations that enhance customer and agent experiences. You will be responsible for the overall business operation in Portugal, growing the business through existing and new retail partners, with a strong competing strategy and constantly driving operational improvements.

  • Achieve overall country financial target (omnichannel volumes & revenues)
  • Drive growth and develop strong relationships with existing and new partners in the market
  • Prospect and sign new strategic retail partners
  • Negotiate and renew all expiring agreements with existing master agents
About This Role

You will be working closely with the regional vice president to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, building strong partnerships, and driving business growth in a fast-paced market.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong team management approach. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
