Your Mission
In this exciting role as a Sales Territory Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling through resellers/partners focused on the SME segment. You will coordinate all sales activities with partners to ensure successful closing of opportunities, mainly via coaching of partners' sales teams. Your goal is to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory by coordinating activities with partners and driving successful opportunity closure through tactical or strategic sales planning, partner coaching, and effective deal management.
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for selling through resellers/partners focused on the SME segment.
- C Coordinate all sales activities with partners to ensure successful closing of opportunities.
- D Develop and execute a successful sales plan by conducting capacity checks, designing territory and coverage plans, and balancing pipelines to meet targets.
- M Maintain assigned account ownership and block competitor advancement through monitoring competitor activity and implementing strategies.
- E Enable partners to independently drive business with resources such as a partner demand generation plan, partner competency plan, and partner resource utilization plan.
