About the Role

We are seeking a talented Territory Sales Manager to lead our retail expansion efforts in Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales leader who excels at execution, delivering results, and building strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve overall country financial targets through omnichannel volumes and revenues.
  • Drive growth by developing strong relationships with existing and new partners in the market.
  • Negotiate and renew agreements with existing Master Agents.
  • Build a local sales team to expand direct retail independent networks in Portugal.
  • Enhance brand visibility in the country through effective pricing proposals and incentive programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and industry intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to drive and build positive relationships externally and internally.
  • Customer-centric and culturally sensitive approach.
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
