The Meeting and Contracting Capability Manager role at Amgen is a key position that requires strategic decision-making, customer focus, and problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate will have experience in administration, meeting & contracting support, and project management. They should possess fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal communication.

About the Job

This role involves coordinating logistics for internal and external events, managing contracts, overseeing purchase orders, facilitating contracts for Healthcare Professionals, and supporting processes related to sponsorships, fees for services, donations, and education. The successful candidate will also align with Amgen's continuous improvement agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating system workflows for meetings, sponsorships, donations, fees for service, educational support requests, and disclosure reporting.
  • Providing audit support to responsible employees.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement agenda.
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance and ensuring business systems are used correctly.

Requirements:

We seek a Master's degree holder with 6-8 years of directly related experience. Prior experience in people management, preferably leading teams of up to 10 employees, is essential. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and performance management abilities are required. Experience in conflict resolution, recruitment, and training is also necessary.

Benefits:

Amgen offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
