Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Advanced Surgery team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and delivering sales and profit targets. Your primary focus will be on providing clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to key decision-makers within the Healthcare sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to key decision-makers within the Healthcare sector.
  • Educate Healthcare professionals to ensure take-up of company products, optimizing patient outcomes.
  • Build, implement, and review territory business plans aligned with national strategy, identifying and acting upon local opportunities.
  • Use CRM system to support planning, sequential selling, and territory analysis.
  • Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long-term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence, driving tender management process.
  • Forecast and analyze sales and market data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Validated sales experience in the Healthcare industry, with Hospital sales experience required.
  • Knowledge of hospital dynamics and decision paths, capital funding mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of tenders/deal structuring.
  • Ability to handle complex long sales cycles across the breadth of the decision-making unit.
  • Individual and group selling skills, effectively navigating various customer types through the sales cycle.
  • Creative attitude to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly challenging environment, adapting to evolving internal business priorities.
