Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to join our team. This remote role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse network of partners and drive business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and experienced in managing affiliate channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliates/IBs, while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
  • Program Oversight: Manage and evaluate the performance of affiliate programs and activities.
  • Client Engagement: Address inquiries and resolve any issues raised by affiliates.
  • Partnership Development: Source and negotiate new affiliate partnerships or renew contracts with existing affiliates.
  • ROI Analysis: Develop proposals for affiliate partnerships based on projected returns on investment.
  • Policy Compliance: Monitor affiliate websites to detect fraudulent activity or violations of program policies.
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements or discontinuation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Proven background in Affiliate Marketing, especially in FX brokerage or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent planning and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
