The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and experienced in managing affiliate channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliates/IBs, while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
- Program Oversight: Manage and evaluate the performance of affiliate programs and activities.
- Client Engagement: Address inquiries and resolve any issues raised by affiliates.
- Partnership Development: Source and negotiate new affiliate partnerships or renew contracts with existing affiliates.
- ROI Analysis: Develop proposals for affiliate partnerships based on projected returns on investment.
- Policy Compliance: Monitor affiliate websites to detect fraudulent activity or violations of program policies.
- Performance Evaluation: Analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements or discontinuation.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field (advantageous).
- Proven background in Affiliate Marketing, especially in FX brokerage or related industries.
- Strong understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent planning and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

Key benefits include:
- Competitive salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
