Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative to drive new business and deliver on our strategy for the EMEA region. As a key team member of our sales team, you will run a busy outbound pipeline of leads and provide top-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into start-ups, enterprise businesses, and existing Zendesk customers.
  • Show creativity and flourish in a dynamic environment, actively sourcing new leads through social tools.
  • Be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics, focusing on building an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Sales-related environment.
  • Passion for consultative sales and a solid business background (SaaS sales preferred).
  • 'Can Do' / 'Winner' attitude with a hunger to overachieve and succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability to work weekly in a hybrid model: Lisbon office 3 times a week and remotely.
