Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sports and excellent communication skills. They should be able to type quickly and accurately, with the ability to learn new software and tools efficiently. Previous experience in a call center environment is mandatory, and the candidate should be available to work rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer assistance via various channels, including incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media.
  • Respond to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments in a timely and professional manner.

Benefits

  • Base salary: 870€ x 14
  • Complexity bonus: 80€ x 11
  • Meal allowance: 7.23€ per workday (paid in meal card)
  • Health insurance: Available since day 1, with free coverage after 6 months of contract

Work Environment

  • Monday to Sunday, 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • 2 days off per week, rotational schedule
  • 40 hours of work per week, 100% on-site
  • Workplace: Lisboa
  • Contract type: 6 months with possibility of renewal
