Technical Support Specialist for Banking Applications

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join Alter Solutions, a leading institution in the banking sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our banking applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues related to banking applications.
- Implement and adhere to ITIL frameworks, including incident, change, and problem management, to enhance support quality.
- Analyze and escalate unresolved cases as necessary to L3 teams or vendors, ensuring minimal disruption to banking operations.
- Perform SQL queries to analyze, identify, and resolve issues related to application data and performance.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to resolve functional and technical issues and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory qualifications: Application Support L1/L2 experience, ITIL expertise, SQL proficiency
- Nice-to-have qualifications: Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow, French (C1+) and English (B2+) language proficiency
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
