Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales pipeline, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support our Sales Executives. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in sales development, excellent communication skills, and a track record of achieving sales quotas. Experience with CRM software and MS Excel is also highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas (e.g. daily calls)
