As a Customer Service Representative in our Portugal office, you'll play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and meeting performance goals across all operations. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Fluency in Flemish (written and oral) and English (B2) is required, along with previous experience in Customer Service or sales. In this role, you can expect:
- Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail by answering inquiries and resolving potential requests.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and providing accurate information using the right methods/tools.

What You Need to Succeed:To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A high level of Flemish (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales.
- Proactivity, self-motivation, and a great team player attitude.
