Forward identified issues that require review by other areas such as compliance, finance, and product teams. Approach site visitors proactively to address their questions and concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Clarify client queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Identify suspicious behavior on customer activities and report it
  • Support in identifying site issues and reporting them to the technical team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and customer experience

The successful candidate will have previous work experience in customer support activities, strong knowledge of sports, and proficiency in MS Office. They should be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. In addition, they should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

As a Customer Service and Support Professional, you can expect a competitive salary range between $45,000 - $65,000 per year depending on location and performance.
