Customer Support Professional for Tech Solutions

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team at SupportYourApp. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional customer support via various channels.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver top-notch customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats
- Foster strong relationships with customers through active listening and effective communication
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services
Requirements:
- Excellent German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field
- A genuine interest in golf and willingness to learn more about it
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
- A personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection (min 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
