Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Professional to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist users with troubleshooting issues on our platform and provide solutions.
- Educate users about our platform's features and help them maximize their website potential.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Stay updated on new features and platform updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and share user feedback to enhance the overall experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A high level of French (both written and spoken) and be fluent in English (B2 level).
- Prior experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savviness and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and patience when assisting users.
- Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
