We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our Global Customer Success department. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences and service levels in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. As a technical expert of the Verizon Connect platforms, you will develop a deep understanding of the fleet management space and serve as a Technical Customer Support professional dealing with complex technical matters related to SaaS fleet management products and solutions.
The ideal candidate is a multilingual Customer Support professional with rich technical skills and experience in supporting IOT/telematics branch customers. You should have a clear understanding of what drives customer satisfaction and possess strong communication and listening skills. Experience with CRM & ERP systems – specifically Salesforce and SAP – would be preferred, but not mandatory.
In this role, you will handle incoming customer requests from external and internal calls & emails as well as from vendors. Your responsibilities will include investigating & troubleshooting, analyzing, finding resolution, validating, escalating, and communicating with related stakeholders. You will actively work with other departments of Verizon Connect's global organization as well as deal with customers and vendors on a daily basis.
You will recognize patterns for recurring issues and take necessary actions to achieve the fastest possible resolution and assure the highest customer satisfaction level. Furthermore, you will contribute to internal & external technical projects, product and feature launches as well as look for continuous process improvement possibilities.
This is a hybrid role, which includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. The estimated salary for this position is $$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
