Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hit sales quota set by Management, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a productive sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with carriers, co-loaders, and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and specific requirements efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
