Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Lisbon office. This role involves providing top-notch support to German-speaking clients, working closely with our support team to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English (Portuguese, French, or Spanish as a plus)
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously

A basic understanding of sales processes, email systems, and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho is also beneficial.

Your Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and phone in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing suitable solutions
