Trust and Safety Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Safety Investigator with proficiency in the Slovak language to join our team at Recruitment Direct.
Salary: The gross salary for this role is €1040 per month, plus free accommodation for the entire 12-month contract. Alternatively, if no accommodation is required, the gross salary can be €1295 per month.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating escalated cases to identify potential policy violations or safety concerns. This involves responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, helpdesk, and live chat, and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively while demonstrating empathy.
The investigator will also conduct outbound calls to gather evidence related to complaints from both drivers and customers, providing exceptional service to both riders and drivers by resolving their issues within time limits. Additionally, they will offer appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must maintain in-depth knowledge of Client services to provide efficient and informed suggestions, make informed decisions based on thorough analysis and established policies, and adhere to corporate confidentiality policies and ensure the proper handling of customer information to guarantee data security.
Requirements:
- C2 Slovak and B2 English; candidates must also have work permission for Portugal (EU passport or Portuguese residence card)
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends is essential
- Good general computer skills
