Technical Support Specialist with Greek Language Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch support and working with renowned worldwide brands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner. To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, fluency in Greek (native level), and good knowledge of English (B2 level).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate data input on consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training
- Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions
Requirements:
- Fluency in Greek (Native)
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience or contact with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening and empathy skills
- Good time management skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
