Technical Support Specialist in Lisbon with German Language Expertise

Job Description

Your role as a Technical Support Advisor will involve delivering exceptional customer service to the German market, creating value and resolving issues to maintain a consistent quality of service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming queries in a customer service environment related to technical issues (trouble-shooting)
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from enterprise clients
  • Gather information from customers, ensure resolutions of queries
  • Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone
  • Provide high-quality service
  • Record all required data elements in CRM for good follow-up and qualitative support

Skill Requirements:

You possess the following language skills: native level of German fluency in English.

Prior experience in Technical Support is preferred, with a minimum of 6 months. You are tech-savvy, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

You have excellent communication skills – both written and oral, and the ability to operate in high-pressure situations.

You are a team player, self-starter, and have analytic and problem-solving skills, with a customer- and quality-oriented approach.

A valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship is required.

This is a long-term opportunity, with working hours in rotative shifts depending on the project.

The compensation package includes €1,100 gross/month x 14 months, plus up to €100/month performance bonus, meal vouchers of €7.23/day, reimbursement of some transportation costs, private health insurance, and dental plan after six months.

If you live outside Portugal, you may be eligible for reimbursement of initial flight ticket costs after six months within the company, and six months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company.
