**Job Overview**
At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Italian Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As an Italian Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in navigating the online marketplace and providing top-notch support to our clients.
**Estimated Salary:** €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers and sellers in resolving any issues related to transactions, listings, payments, and deliveries.
- Review and monitor listings to ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- Support customers via multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to provide solutions and assistance.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
**Qualifications:*
- Native in Italian – both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in English (training will be conducted in English).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, or a similar role is a plus.
**Training:*
*Duration: 10 working days, 8 hours per day.*Conducted in English.*Training start times may vary between 08:30h and 09:30h, depending on the group.*
