We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and social media.
Salary and BenefitsThe compensation package includes a gross monthly salary of €1,100 (paid 14 times) plus a performance-based bonus up to €200 per month. Additionally, you will receive meal vouchers worth €7.23 per workday and reimbursement for some transportation costs.
Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels
- Documenting case information and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Adapting the company's voice and tone for interactions across different platforms
