Job Description
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming inquiries and providing information on existing product portfolios. This includes answering general and specific service and technical questions, as well as advising customers on available products.
You will identify customer inquiries and forward them to the relevant specialist team in customer service, ensuring timely and technically correct answers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- German Language (C1 level) Mandatory;
- English (at least B1 level, written communication);
- Strong communication skills, commitment, and customer- and solution-oriented;
- Flexible to work two Saturdays a month.
