About the Role: We seek a highly skilled Customer Adoption Specialist to join our team at Stratio. This individual will play a crucial role in helping clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a partner and consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them in adopting predictive maintenance.
  • Manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle, including onboarding, ramp-up, and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of each client organization and business.
  • Identify and flag account risks, opportunities, and monitor contract renewal dates.
  • Accurately assess customer sentiment and clarify the client experience with our product and implementation process.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, delivering complex tech solutions.
  • Experience in consulting on implementation, transformation, and change management for tech projects.
  • Operational and tactical mindset, with ability to work under pressure and manage various customers in multiple stages of their lifecycle.
  • Strong proactivity mindset, organized, and methodical with a high level of attention to detail.
