We are seeking a skilled Sales Intern to join our team in Portugal and contribute to driving growth by connecting with Small to Medium Businesses (SMBs) in the restaurant industry. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment, are eager to learn, and excited about taking on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach: Proactively establish connections with SMBs, introducing them to pleez's solutions and building strong relationships.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and develop a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of leads.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate CRM data.
  • Learn and Adapt: Continuously absorb feedback, improve skills, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Drive Results: Focus on achieving and exceeding targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Eagerness to Learn: Remain open to feedback, quick to adapt, and passionate about developing sales skills.
  • SMB Focus: Show genuine interest in working with SMBs, understanding their challenges, and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese is essential; English is a strong plus.
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles; familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce; knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry.
