Key Responsibilities:
Advise and support healthcare professionals through phone calls, ensuring they make the most of our software; Provide comprehensive training to these professionals via phone, guaranteeing seamless service adoption; Efficiently process email requests, offering prompt and courteous assistance; Answer client inquiries regarding our product, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Collaborative Environment:
You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve complete customer satisfaction and ensure a cohesive experience.
Your Profile:
We're seeking an individual with strong French language skills (C2 level), English proficiency (B2 level), and experience in customer support – preferably.
