Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Wheelchair Transport Service, Inc. This role involves providing exceptional support to healthcare professionals in using our software, training them on our services, and ensuring the efficient processing of customer requests.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise healthcare professionals on the use of our software, both by answering incoming requests and proactively contacting them;
  • Train them on the effective use of our services by phone;
  • Efficiently process customer requests received via email;
  • Provide expert advice and answer client questions about our product;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • French C2 and English B2 language proficiency;
  • Experience in customer support (preferable);

  • Excellent salary: $65,000 per annum, estimated based on location and industry standards;
