Are you a tech enthusiast looking for a challenging role in customer support? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Teleperformance Greece, where you will be working with Canon, a leading company in the imaging equipment and information systems industry.
Salary: The estimated monthly salary for this position is around 4,000-5,000 EUR, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive two extra salaries per year, making it a very competitive offer.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist who is fluent in Italian and has strong communication skills in English. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and timely, providing troubleshooting and technical solutions, and working towards reaching targets set by client statements of work as well as internal targets.
Responsibilities:

- Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (written and verbal)
- Good communication skills in English
- Tech savviness
- Solution-driven out-of-the-box thinking
- An empathetic soul with strong communication skills
