Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Advisor, fluent in Japanese and English, to join our team based in Australia. This full-time remote role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet targets across Quality, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat and email in both languages
- Guide customers through website setup, adding site content, and design options
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up-to-date with new product features and improvements
- Escalate important issues and identify isolated customer experiences
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role
- Bilingual fluency in English and Keigo-style Japanese
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in decoding conversations and prioritizing competing requests
- Familiarity with the Squarespace platform

Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
