Job DescriptionA Learning Consultant will join our dynamic international team to support Spanish learners via phone and email, ensuring a continuous follow-up on their training progress. As a consultant/advisor in training and pedagogy, you will resolve customer complaints, conduct demo calls, and assist Account Managers/Sales as needed.
This role requires strong oral and written communication skills, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to actively solve doubts and provide guidance about the language, goFLUENT services, or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with clients/learners taking goFLUENT lessons/training.
- Assist learners who need help through calls or emails as prescribed by documented processes and/or with supervisors' guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints, call clients to follow up on their training progress, and conduct demo calls.
- Assist Account Managers/Sales as deemed necessary by the LC Manager.
- Reach KPIs discussed with the LC Manager.
We are looking for a proactive, responsible, disciplined, and multitasking individual with excellent command of MS Office and Google tools. You should possess strong empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication skills. A university degree in Language Studies, Translator/Interpreter is required, along with proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish native, high level of English, and a third language a plus).
The ideal candidate will be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure, with a methodical and organized approach. Excellent oral communication and customer service skills over the phone are essential for success in this position.
