Job Description

As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries, products, and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess native-level proficiency in German (C2) and B2-level proficiency in English for internal communication and training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a positive attitude and patience when working in a fast-paced environment.
