Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer support specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require assistance with our products and services.

About the Role:

  • Handle telephone customer enquiries and emergency calls with a high level of empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary of €42,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • A full-time position with rotational shifts from 05:00 to 21:00, Monday to Friday.
