About the RoleThis role will involve providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer inquiries and issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting product-related questions, order issues, and technical problems, as well as escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Provide clear, helpful, and efficient solutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions within our CRM system.
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- No previous experience required – entry-level candidates welcome.
- Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.
- Competitive salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum (based on qualifications and experience), depending on performance and dedication.

- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
