Senior Customer Support Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal.
Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide first-class customer support as the single point of contact for users dealing with incidents, problems, and requests.
- To develop an understanding of customers' environments and service delivery requirements to ensure seamless service delivery.
- To document actions taken in resolving customer inquiries while ensuring adherence to established processes and systems.
- To take ownership of listening to and understanding customer problems, asking relevant questions to resolve issues within required timescales.
- To escalate issues as necessary to deliver required service levels and meet or exceed customer expectations and SLAs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Knowledge of various software and applications (minimum: Windows environment and MS Office package).
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills crucial for working in a customer service center.
