Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 per year (depending on experience)

**Job Description:**

As a Regional Sales Manager – Sul, you will be responsible for leading a high-performance team to develop a sales strategy aligned with the therapeutic area and business goals. Your key objectives include setting high expectations for value creation, monitoring performance, and taking appropriate action.

You will work closely with sales representatives to create individual development plans and identify key customers. This role requires strong commercial acumen, critical thinking skills, and the ability to lead a team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this position, you must have a degree in Economics, Life Sciences, or Marketing. An MBA would be highly valued. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese are mandatory.
