Role Overview
As a Polish Customer Advisor at Cross Border Talents, you will be representing a worldwide brand, integrating a multicultural environment, and developing customer relationships while providing the best experience for the customer. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting through open questions, support documents, and system training, as well as offering recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements
Fluency in Polish (C2 Level or Native) and good knowledge of English (B2 level) are essential for this role. Additionally, you will need to possess good computer skills, typing speed of 25 words per minute, and be available to work in rotating shifts. Previous experience or contact with clients, excellent communication skills, good listening and empathy skills, and good time management skills are also desirable.

What We Offer
Cross Border Talents provides a dynamic and supportive work environment, offering paid travel expenses, surf lessons, social events, and city discounts. We also offer accommodation during your stay in Portugal, health coverage, and private health care. You will work 40 hours per week, with 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. Portuguese lessons are also available.
