We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized travel recommendations and ensuring seamless booking processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a strong command of English and German. A passion for travel and good general geography knowledge is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to advise customers on their business trips, prepare tailored travel offers, and handle booking changes and customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prepare and present customized travel offers based on customer preferences and needs
  • Handle booking changes, cancellations, and other customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Strong passion for travel and geography
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure

What We Offer:

  • Temporary, renewable contract for 12 months with potential for extension
  • Full-time position (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm
  • Competitive salary package, including:
    • Option a: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,033.90 gross/month
    • Option b: Excluding accommodation: €1,398.39 gross/month
  • Additional benefits for international candidates:
    • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
    • Airport pick-up
    • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country within the EU
