Overview: As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in resolving complex technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in systems analysis and application support.

Job Description:

  • Diagnose and resolve Level 3 technical incidents by analyzing application and middleware logs.
  • Maintain and update documentation for critical software solutions in the Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive continuous service enhancement.
  • Support change requests, contributing to root cause analyses and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate on roadmap planning for technical obsolescence management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • OS & Middleware: Windows, Linux, Apache, JBoss, Tomcat.
  • Database Management: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server.
  • Networking: Advanced skills in network configuration and support.
  • Cybersecurity: Basic understanding of security protocols and best practices.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
