Business Development Representative

Job DescriptionYour Mission:
You will be responsible for identifying potential corporate customers and introducing them to our meeting management solution. To achieve this, you will identify decision-makers via various channels and initiate contact with them. Your goal is to win their interest, allowing them to learn more about our solution. You will coordinate follow-up meetings between sales executives and qualified leads, maintain data in our CRM tool, and ensure adherence to our sales processes. Additionally, you will participate in other sales and marketing activities, such as trade fairs.
Requirements- You are passionate about sales and have previous experience in a similar role.
- You are confident in convincing people over the phone.
- You speak English fluently.
- You possess excellent communication skills, whether in sales or small talk.
- You have a positive mindset and resilient attitude, turning problems into opportunities.
- You work independently, result-driven, and have excellent organizational skills.
