Customer Support Specialist

At Snaphunt, a leading multilingual recruitment company based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Sliema, Malta, we are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Senior Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients who use our paid products. This role is perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving and are fluent in Spanish and English.
About the JobWe offer a competitive salary of approximately €30,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a relocation package that includes a refund of up to 2000 euros with the first payslip, assistance in finding accommodation, support in obtaining NIF (Portuguese tax number) and NISS (required for residence permit), meal allowance of 7.63 € per day of work, paid in 11 instances on a meal card, and performance bonuses. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general and technical support to customers using our paid products
- Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures
- Manage policies, safety, and copyright guidelines related to our products
- Troubleshoot various issues, such as problems with playing videos, uploading, account, and bugs issues, membership issues
- Support customers with monetization purposes, including how to make money and optimize their channels
- Fluency in Spanish at a native level and English (B2)
- At least 12 months of Customer Support experience within a Contact Center
- Knowledge of BPO KPIs: C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with research and identification capabilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach
