About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by communicating with customers through different channels while promoting client's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell or promote other products from the client;
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email;
  • Implement creative ways to improve the relationship between our client and its customers and partners;
  • Work towards the achievement of objectives set by the client and internally;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Polish (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English (minimum level B2);
  • Natural fast learner, so you can develop your skills within a short period of time;
  • Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies;
  • Motivated and with a positive attitude;
  • Resilient to stress;

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is around €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
