The Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark or Sliema, Malta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional support to our clients.

About the Role

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve issues related to ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions.
  • Utilize our proprietary tools and processes to efficiently resolve client queries.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through prompt and effective issue resolution.

Your Profile

  • You possess native-level fluency in Czech and English (B2) language skills.
  • Previous experience in customer care is an asset but not essential.
  • You have a strong understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You are capable of researching and identifying relevant information to resolve client issues.
  • You possess strong communication skills, are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive relocation package, including up to €2,000 refundable with the first payslip, assistance in finding accommodation, and support in obtaining necessary documents.
  • A meal allowance of €7.63 per day, paid in 11 instances via a meal card.
