We are seeking Danish speaking professionals to join a customer support team in Lisbon.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for supporting media advisors/specialists with booking, corrections, material retrieval, and guidance.

You will also handle customer inquiries via ticket system and phone, schedule meetings, and proactively offer upselling opportunities.

In addition, you will manage general administrative tasks such as onboarding, invoicing various fees, and process simple advertisements.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving customer support team for one of Denmark's largest media companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support media advisors/specialists with booking, corrections, material retrieval, and guidance
  • Handle customer inquiries via ticket system and phone
  • Schedule meetings, for example, with subscription customers
  • Proactively offer upselling opportunities
  • Manage general administrative tasks: onboarding, invoicing various fees, work orders; process and produce simple advertisements

Requirements:
