**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our international customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients.
Salary and Benefits:
Our offer includes a competitive salary of 950-1100€ gross/month, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or a monthly allowance of up to 1500€. You will also receive reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU), and help with paperwork, opening a bank account, and more.
About the Role:
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, resolving issues promptly, and providing excellent service. Your native level of German and at least B2 level of English language proficiency are essential for this role. We value teamwork, drive for excellence, professionalism, and intercultural communication skills.
