Global Sales Executive

We are seeking a Global Sales Executive to play a key role in expanding our international business operations. This role offers the opportunity to join a global and multicultural team, working with highly skilled specialists across 5 continents.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hunting for new business and closing large B2B deals, with experience working with Salesforce as a CRM tool and TMS/WMS software.
This position involves attending large tender processes and understanding quickly large business opportunities for the company. The client's team combines the latest technologies with industry best practices to deliver on their promise of a meaningful digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business: Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the freight forward, international trade, logistics, and technology sectors.
- Drive global expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our international footprint.
- Manage high workload effectively: Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Travel extensively: Meet with potential clients worldwide to build relationships and close deals.
- Lead negotiations: Manage complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract closing.
- Understand client needs: Provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in business, international trade, freight forwarding, supply chain, technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role within the technology, logistics, or consultancy industries.
- Proven track record in hunting for new business and closing large B2B deals.
- Experience working with Salesforce as a CRM tool and TMS/WMS software.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with experience in international sales.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish and additional languages are a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events and tender processes worldwide.
