Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing an expansion partnership strategy in Portugal, aligned with our business goals and objectives.
- Identifying and evaluating strategic partnership opportunities to drive retail credit growth and expand business operations.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with new partners, ensuring effective communication and mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Leading negotiations and formalizing agreements, ensuring all contracts align with our strategic vision and objectives.
- Collaborating closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance, profitability, and long-term sustainability of each partnership.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles in the credit or financial industry in Portugal.
- Knowledge of Portuguese credit industry regulations and compliance.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships resulting in revenue growth.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
