About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA business team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and delivering on our regional strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM system to qualify high-value opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell products before passing them onto our AEs.
  • Show creativity and initiative in finding new ways to work and contribute to our dynamic team environment.
  • Meet or exceed targets and metrics while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Become the face of our brand, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • A passion for consultative sales, preferably with prior experience in sales or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English, German, and Polish.
  • A 'Can-Do' attitude, self-starter mentality, and commitment to overachieving and succeeding.
