Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team as a Product Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers, sales managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve problems and maintain a positive relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers on product details, lead times, MOQs, delivery dates, and other supply chain-related matters.
  • Communicate constraints and revised delivery dates to customers in a transparent and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, sales managers, and internal teams through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Support commercial efforts to sell value-added products and increase customer loyalty.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience in a demanding environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers, including copackers and sales teams.
  • Knowledge of FMCG commercial principles and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proactive task management and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Education and Experience
