Bedrock Streaming is a fast-growing tech company with more than 10 years' experience and a strong network of media shareholders. We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Business Development & Client Onboarding Manager.
Job Description
This hybrid role will blend business development and client onboarding responsibilities. The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in business development, client onboarding, or related roles in a technology, SaaS, or media company.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate international RFP responses by collaborating with Product, Delivery, Technical, and Legal teams.
- Work closely with our VP BD to craft compelling proposals between client needs and company profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and industry events.
- Team up with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns that bring in qualified leads.
- Create and maintain sales decks, case studies, and product overviews to show off the value and capabilities of our cutting-edge solutions.
- Stay on top of emerging trends, competitors, and major players in the B2B streaming and software markets.
- Analyze financial reports from global media giants to uncover strategic growth areas, model technical costs, and shape staffing approaches.
Client Onboarding
- Collaborate with the VP Growth strategy & onboarding to design and refine onboarding processes that fit each client's unique requirements.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process—liaising between internal teams (Product, Delivery, Tech) and external stakeholders to guarantee a smooth transition.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead workshops for new clients, ensuring every session is flawless in both logistics and content.
- Develop client-facing materials—decks, agendas, project trackers—to standardize the onboarding experience.
